after some delays, i finished the otter boy!it was a commission for a guy. it's his otter boy, Kabu, in something inspired by Jet Set Radio Future (along with my normal cyberpunk style)
it turned out super colourful c: i tried doing some stuff in the background to simulate motion... did it turn out okay? sketch:

well if you want critique
i do feel that the background mostly on the right-hand side of the character is too blurry. However, I can tell you did this to show off how fast the character was moving in the opposite direction. But seeing the environmental background in a less blurry prospective could further increase the images' greatness

You can get a lot of mileage out of a little blur... just don't overdo it (same as lens-flare, really) and it'll almost always look good. Of course, you do all the best cyberpunk anthros, so you know that!
