with her hammer by her side, Amy loves the night life of the city. often, she'll find some way to sneak into the local nightclubs. she would just stroll in, except she's only a preteen. even with the CIB-A (cyberneticly induced body-aging) augmentations, which Tails and Cream REALLY did not approve of her getting (keep in mind she got it for reasons. she may be young and stupid, but she isnt THAT petty and stupid), she could only get her body to look like she's around 17, which is still not enough for the club bouncers. but being the resourceful girl she is, amy can usually find a vent or two to crawl through to get inside.

now despite the fact that Tails really doesnt like amy's choice in body augs, and thinks it was a STUPID idea, he still figured that he should make her something to protect herself with, considering she now looks like a 17 year old to everyone else (and we can all figure out the dangers of having that kind of body with an 11 year old's mind). and so he made her a hammer

this collapsible hammer (for mobility / storage purposes) takes advantage of kinetic storage units to allow her to smash through a TON of stuff with ease, which can even punch a hole through light walls. it also utilizes shock-absorbing liquid polymer buffers so that the hammer, and her arms, dont rattle and shatter upon impact.
