I must say this character design looks really good and interesting on multiple accounts!
I for one m easily please by this type of blue, black, and white color scheme, and you've applied the colors very well to the design! The parts of his design seemingly inspired by moths re lovely too, as moths have lot of cool potential! His overall body-shape and proportions are fitting as well, I particularly like his arms and tail!
The side references of his face and head are rather cool too, both in showing how he works in a unique looking way, and by showing some nice expression. The details about his wings and tail re nice to see too!
While I can see you made this design a couple years ago now, I think you did a really good job! I hope you're proud of it, and your recent work as well!
