When transformed, Biggs has no need of glasses and likes to show off his muscled form as much as possible by forgoing a shirt and pants by wearing only a blue speedo. Although he still wears a white collar and blue bowtie for the sake of accessorizing, along with a bigger pair of blue nursing shoes, and a specifically tailored white lab coat to fit his broad shoulders. He still has the pocket-protector as well, because he believes in keeping one's lab coat as clean as possible. Depending on the situation, he also sometimes wears a specialized set of goggles when experimenting.

Backstory:

Born with the dual misfortunes of an easily ridiculed name and a small build, school life was made all that more difficult for a child much younger than most of his grade-level peers and eventually his university and medical school peers. If the bullying was bad, pity was worse, and any of his achievements making, at best, the second page of any school or local news outlet was salt in the wounds.

Always fascinated by super-beings and other physically gifted people, Biggs decided to devote himself to their study. But he had another objective: to “correct” his body, hoping to finally be loved for everything about himself. He devised a treatment and became its first subject. It worked…but the love he sought most did not come with it. Not long after leaving his previous position, Dr Biggs was approached by a newly appointed representative of RiteNite for a supervisory position. A representative who flattered him with knowledge of his earlier psychological work, having personally applied it.

Biggs’ transformation and new salary opened up doors to live out his dreams. However, in order to maintain his condition, he requires monthly treatments of his procedure, during which he involuntarily reverts to his original form. Normally he would work remotely during such times, but circumstances have sometimes required him to physically be in the lab, to his chagrin.

In addition to the legitimate side of RiteNite’s research and development, Doctor Biggs oversees the operations of “the Spa,” a clandestine facility just outside of Diamond City disguised as an innocuous lab; the primary position for which he was hired. The guests at this “resort” are rarely there voluntarily. As this role requires any records or communication to not include real names, his recruiter gave him a new one: Romulus. He loves it.
