Description
This doesn't depict any actual scene from any actual fic; but rather, it depicts how I think the relationship between General Parvo and Geist will end (or at least this will be one of the stops along the way).Anyone who's familar with 's OC, Geist, knows that the evil Doberman forges an alliance with Parvo, and at first is willing to let the cat-man boss him around...
...but from what MDT has told me, and from what I'm pretty sure everyone else will guess, Geist will tire of Parvo and sever ties with him.
As you can all see, I used my own re-design of Parvo in this pic, and I decided that from now on, that's the only way I'm going to draw Parvo. I won't draw him like his original design, I just won't.
Plus I loved being able to draw Parvo with Prowl and Sheng Long... and this is the first time since my first pic Geist that I've drawn the Doberman fully clothed!

Well, keep in mind, my version of Parvo is much more threatening and bad@$$ than the original one - but yes, I too think that Geist makes a much better villain. I would have Parvo and Geist kind've share the title of "Main Villain", that way there's more suspense as to what the final outcome will in the (fake) series' end.

Holy C**p! Parvo got an unexpected betrayal towards their own soldiers he hire them after making a deal with Dr.Psycho! Nnow the Road Rovers will meet their new villian leader, Geist!! By the way, wonder what will Groomer do if she sees this? Perphaps, Sheng Long will convience her to forget Parvo entirely? Who knows, a lot of things can happen!
Anyway, good job, this looks amazing, and of course, I understand what you mean, you want to draw Parvo in another and better way you think it should go? Ok, go ahead, after all, you're the boss in this pics you do.

Well, Groomer does like cats... and tigers are the most beautiful of all cats... maybe she expresses admiration for Sheng's stripe-y coat, causing Parvo to get jealous. Rofl!

Uh oh! Looks like Parvo's in DEEP trouble! There's nothing worse than to be betrayed by your own men! The very soldiers who you recruit to work for you!
Parvo: What the hell is going on?! Release me! Let me go!
Prowl: Sorry, General, but there's been a change of plans.
Parvo: WHAT?!
Sheng: Heh heh heh...
Parvo: Unhand me you miserable fools! I'm your leader! Your lord and master!
Geist: (places knight to Parvo's neck) Our leader? YOU? Don't make me laugh!
Parvo: Geist! You back stabbing traitor! You DARE oppose me? I'll kill you for this!
Geist: I don't think so! I'm taking over now!
Parvo: Fluffy! Spot! Help me! Get these blasted freaks off me!
Fluffy: ... Ummm... Should we help?
Spot: Err... I don't know!
Geist: (to Parvo) I'm afraid those two won't be able to help you. They only follow orders from dominant masters! And you my good General just don't qualify!

Wow, that's an *excellent* script you got there! Amazing, that's pretty much what I figured they would say in a situation like this! 
And of course Geist gets the best line: "I'm afraid those two won't be able to help you. They only follow orders from dominant masters! And you my good General just don't qualify!"

Actually, I did think up a possible sequel: Parvo's arms are restrained, but we can't see if his legs are restrained as well - but judging by how far apart they are, it's logical to deduce that they are not.
So Parvo ends up kicking out and manages to knock Geist back several feet, knocking the wind out of him.
But when I thought of how the rest of the scene could go, Parvo ended up fighting all three of them at once, only to be overpowered and tied to an anchor (kinda like how Charlie was in "All Dogs go to Heaven"). Prowl and Sheng Long take care of his arms while Geist ties his tail around his ankles, and then, to add insult to injury, Geist takes a green tennis ball (which he previously had stolen from Hunter), puts it in his own mouth, slobbers on it, and then places it in Parvo's mouth before taping the catman's lips shut. (I know, gross, right? Ewww!
Parvo is then lowered into some water (I figured that water would be one of Parvo's weaknesses; being a cat, he hates water and can't swim - even if he's always dressed for it, hahahah. The same wouldn't apply to Sheng Long, however, since tigers love to swim), only the Road Rovers come in and fight the Terrible Trio. Only they're not there to save Parvo, they're there on another mission.
Parvo manages to open his lips and spit the tape off before spitting the ball out, and is about to cry out for help - except he's already been lowered so deep into the water that it spills into his open mouth.
Just when only the top of Parvo's head is visible, Hunter takes notice that somebody has been tied to the anchor, and dives in to help the unknown person. He unties Parvo and swims the feebly struggling man-cat up to the surface - only to get water spit in his face (Parvo was just getting the H2O out of his mouth, he didn't know it was Hunter helping him).
True to being a villain, Parvo is hardly grateful to Hunter, and later, when the Golden Retriever is knocked down during the fight with Geist, Parvo takes full advantage of the Road Rover's weakened state and hoists him up into a bear-hug, trying to break his spine.
Hunter is dazed by the immediate betrayal and Parvo mocks the dog by saying he's "thanking" him - only for Blitz's Super Claws to tap his cheeks, threatening him to let Hunter go.
So... yeah. That's what I figured.

Rofl, yeah, that did come to mind when I wrote Geist's line, but I figured I'd just put it in there anyway since lots of others have said that. Though probably not as famously as Mr. Curry's Drake.
But yes, that goes to show how unscrupulous Geist really is...
