A gruff veteran who serves as the unit's dog handler, accompanied by his faithful canine companion, Roughhouse.
Although his people skills leave a lot more to be desired, his skill with canines is uncanny and he seemingly possesses a second nature that allows him to automatically gain their trust and follow his every command.
He is heavily inspired by G.I. Joe's main dog handler Mutt, although he has a German Shepherd like Law did.
