Description
Running on a circle trip mostly through Missouri, this excursion train is operating over trackage that not seen a passenger train (with the exception of the BNSF executive train) since 1971. The train originated in St. Louis on May 29th, traveling the ex-Frisco River Sub to Memphis, then on the ex-Frisco Thayer Sub to Springfield and up the ex-Frisco Ft. Scott Sub to Kansas City. The following day, the train would traverse the former CB&Q Brookfield Sub to Quincy where the train would terminate. There passengers would board the evening Illinois Zephyr to Chicago.
