Been meaning to draw something with these two for some time. Tonya and Charles are just 2 of many beautifully written characters created by the amazing in her story "A Slice of Life". They're arcs are so incredible that you actually believe they are apart of the Hey Arnold canon!! And they way she has them seamlessly tie into any of Arnold and Helga's arcs is an incredible feat!Related content

Actually, no, Charles wasn't based off of Chuckie but now that you mention it I can see why someone would say that. Oh great, now every time I think of Charles I'm going to think of him saying "I'm a big brave dog, I'm a big brave dog!" Lol
