Lighteon (light + neon) - it`s his species. Lighteon are something like between energy and organic life forms.
Energy- well, they able to turn into something like lighting and plug in computer or other electrical devices and also they able to charge with electricity these devices, so the are almost walking batteries X) And best friends for robots. And also they have different electrical abilities, like creating electric balls, electric beams and etc.
Organic- they have something like blood and humans and other creatures, like robots, animals and etc, able to touch them freely, they don`t shock you, if you do it.
And yes, Lighteons looks like cartoon characters or something like that.
Well, I don`t know what else to say about Lighteons. M, you can ask about them, if you want :/ Maybe I even made a ref on them. They don`t really original, so if you want, you can creat one (or two, or three, or how many you want) for yourself X)

Dynamo is friendly guy to all robots, programs and mostly cyborgs. He don`t really like the last ones and if talking about normal organic creatures- he don`t trust them. Mostly everyone of his kind don`t trust organic creatures. Dynamo loves to travel around planet and space stations and meteors that close to it. Ih his world technology is very highly developed, so it`s normal. But actually he didn`t have many friends, since he just don`t really have time to make new ones. Well, actually he have crossed his paths with two robots for many times, but he never had a chance to speak with them and the never seen him, because he was in some computer or machine at this time.
This guy actually in some way is a hero, since one day he stopped one bad guy from stealing important information.
Also, this "scarf" is his second pair of arms and this cape is tail. Yeah, it`s normal for Lighteons to have cape-tail and scarf-arms.
