Well depending on who's giving them, I guess some look for the technical aspect of the photo.
For me I'd look the image as a whole.
Just imagine if the lights at the end of the tunnel is not overblown,
the impact would have been lost.

Perfect colors, I'd maybe like to see them played up/saturated a little more. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the person with the backpack. If you're into that sort of thing, try photoshopping him out, I think it would make for a much more dramatic shot. You could just bring the highlights up a little bit and he'd probably dissapear. Overall though, I love this shot. I've always been a fan of receding lines and using the human form as a shape rather than implying personality. I'm glad that the model (you, I'm assuming?) is facing forward. So many people use backs as silhouettes, and I feel that backs don't have enough story, and you're inadvertently telling your viewer to "walk away, nothing to see here" Hah. Ok.

btw this was a, err, street shot? hehe, that guy in the picture was just another fellow using the underpass, just so happen i was walking behind him and waited for the correct moment to take the shot

Oh wow. Well then this was a perfect capture.
If the levels idea doesn't work, it would be super easy to go in there with a clone stamp/healing brush and just take the backpack guy out.
