i think the password changed. i tried to enter the password in Chinese numerals but it's saying it's wrong.

I don't think so, I've tried the supposed password "28311482" in the Chinese numerals as it said but I got nothing, I even tried it backwards along with the newest video's digits too as well as two others [all in Chinese numerals] but I can't get it.
I've tried about nine different passwords by now, all have been incorrect, I'm going to try them all in normal English numerals to see if I get something.

It means the texture has been renamed to gibberish try installing approval in order to read Japanese text. if it doesn't work try searching bandaizip. A true e unzipping program works like winrar or WinZip. It will keep the original names of the textures or just rename the textures on PMD/PMX editor but it might take long for you to fix the textures of the model.
