Another great Stephen King book. The title is "IT" and I have to say, the 2017 remake did the original book justice. Unpopular opinion of mine? I... don't really like the original movie adaptation. To me, even Tim Curry couldn't save it. :-/

I am, so long as it's done properly. Most modern horror movies are just jumpscares and bloody moments for the sake of it. There's hardly any build up or proper pacing for it though and there's so much more to horror than that. The writing is poor. That's why they fail. Good modern horror is few and far between.
Anyway? Aladdin. I'm a fan of several Disney fan, too. I'm a fan of many things, really.

Those are good as well. Like I said, many of the modern horror ones have bad writing. They also have even worse delivery and execution. Few have compelling stories but also well acted moments of terror.

I was genuinely curious to see why it was so popular (It was around the middle of Season 3 when I finally gave the show a watch) and wondered if several forms of fan art and people talking about it made me wonder if it was as good as people claimed. By first two episodes? I was hooked. Every season since has made me love it more and more.
Well, season 8 was kind of iffy but with Season 9 right now it looks like it got its mojo back. I will see this whole show through to the very end. Even after it's gone, my love for it will never be.
