[I didn't draw this.]A request I asked for last year.
Fun Fact: I actually based this pic on the final scene of Chapter 12...sorta. After Neo's (and Shade's) battle against Ignitus, Neo and Shade left the Energy Crystal Cavern to find themselves in a nice meadow. This is where they end up and they travel out in these parts for a while. As beautiful as this place is... Mavericks can be found. XD
(Fun Fact: As of 7/4/2018, this is the "cover art" for Mega Man Neo on fanfiction.net (eventually, it'll change, but I decided to just use this pic for it lol))
