Description
Koyuki would often visit Natsumi at the Nishizawa mansion where she was being kept ever since Momoka's regression. She loved being able to see her friend, take care of her, and play with her, regardless of Natsumi's embarrassment. She did feel bad for what had happened to Natsumi, but she adored being with her no matter her current age; it also helped that she always found her friend's chibi form to be overwhelmingly cute. However, she was somewhat sad that she could not actually join her. She missed being able to be her best friend's peer and being able to join along in her daily life. One day, she finally decided to do something about it. Willing to sacrifice her accomplishments and body for Natsumi's companionship, she retreats to a private location in the forest where Dororo will not find her. She stands in place and meditates, relaxing her immune system to allow the virus into her body.

Koyuki: (sigh) It's working.

She took a deep breath and closed her eyes in a stance as she started to shrink. At a rate far faster than the previous regressions, Koyuki felt her body become less mature. She concentrated her diminishing ninja powers to permit the virus to remodel her and to shrink down her clothes to fit her diminishing body. At the same time as she felt her chest become flat and her baby fat returning, she felt her own mind become less and less complex. None of this bothered Koyuki though since she was willing to pay the price. At toddler age, she finally breaks free from her meditation to take a look at herself.

Koyuki: I'm a wittle kid again! Wait till Nwatsumi-san sees me wike this!

With what little of her physical and mental ninjutsu training she had left while it was still present, she waddled all the way from the forest to the Nishizawa mansion for treatment. As soon as she recognized, she was put into the daycare alongside Natsumi, just as she dreamed.

Natsumi: Kowuki? Is tat you?

Koyuki: Isn't this gweat, Nwatsumi! Now we can be best fwiends again!

The two girls now live together and are, indeed, inseparable best friends. They join in just about everything together: potty training, playing with baby toys, sleeping, etc. It took a while for Natsumi to get used to the new developments, but she quickly shows gratitude for her best friend's presence. Koyuki cannot be happier for her new life.
