Hi! I am from ProjectComment and I am here to review this piece to the best of my caliber!
The interesting bit about this piece, as stated by the lovely below, is the colours are consistent with each other. The character (Claycia, from a Kirby game I believe..? I googled it just now ) seems to be "cute" as per the title.
The lineart is a tad wonky, and ruins the mood of this piece. I suggest you use one consistent colour for the lineart, OR the correspondent colour of the subject you are outlining, instead of black at a few place and colour at some.
While you made a very good attempt with the hands, they look off. Moreover, the lighting mixed with blur doesn't seem to sit well with the character in my opinion. The hair could be a bit more consistent instead of looking like a blob on Claycia's head.
I nearly forgot to mention, but the character's pose is slightly off model..I guess? I don't have any idea about this character, so I could be wrong.
In a summary, the things you need to work on are:
1. The lineart
2. Shading and lighting
3. Overall shape of the character
4. Posture
This is a really cute and colourful piece! I look forward to seeing you improve!

The drawing is interesting, the colors are coherent with each other, and the
Character is original.
But the blurring effect, in my opinion, do not put into focus the lines of the drawing in some places, there are straight and clear lines as well the forms they seem to have faded ected.
I have the impression that the line art is not very coherent, there are parts in the character where we forgot to put lines (notably in the case of the scarf and peas on the dress) .
Then, the shading is not really clear, we do not know if the light is in front of the person or if it is on the sides.
So to summarize: you should review tutorials and references to know how to master, the different techniques of lighting and shadows (to practice the photo on objects can help)
Check after drawing that you have not forgotten some lines in your drawing, and continue on your way.

Oh my gosh, she is truly is adorable!! All the colors are so bright, lovely and go very well together; I don't now if I've ever seen a Claycia this cute before. Thank you so much for drawing her.

I dint know who this character is but it looks aweosme! It's like an adorable cupcake lady. Well that aside. I do like the colours here they are quite nice and the face is also pretty aweosme! Plus the background is pretty neat, kinda reminds me of a fruit slushie. As for things to help since you have helped a lot with mine here's what I can say. Try adding more lines to the hair and cut off points so it doesn't look like one big block. Also maybe try rounding the fingers more. Other than that nice work your shading is getting softer ech is quite nice!

It's Kirby: and the Rainbow Curse. ^^ XD
Yay! ^^ Ya, definitely. I used to be so worried about shading that I'd skip it all together XXD
