Description
The "Psycho" or "Psyker" is a highly manipulative humanoid entity created by the Cult of Order's human experimentation. Psykers have proven to be highly manipulative and have shown evidence of being able to alter human brain signals. This can result in sudden traumatic thoughts, inability to move certain muscles, and impaired vision. Psykers are often seen in high ranking executive positions, using their psychological manipulation abilities to climb to the top of the corporate chain, similar to that of a morally debased contract killer, not that you would know anything about that.
