Yay! I did a picture of ALL of them!!!!(1) Thanks to Espeon for filling all that horrible blank space. (the psychic "energy" was smudged in Gimp- all the rest is colored pencils.) He doesn't even need to touch his ball to play with it.
(2) Gosh darn it, I screwed up Jolteon's pose X( I think I like Vaporeon the best of this pic.
(3) No, there is no independent symbol for ice in pokemon cards. Yes, I am sort of ripping on Glaceon for kicks and giggles. He is at the bottom of my preferences for the eeveelutions. I still like him, just less than all the others.
EDIT: Well lookie, here, Glaceon, now you've gotten beaten out for last place. I'm going to pretend Sylveon never happened. Well, maybe I'll poke fun of him now and again.

lol, poor Glaceon, i have to note that Glaceon is my number 1 and Syl;veon BETTER not be Gender Confused like Gardevoir, Lopunny, or Mr.Mime, they NEED a male form for that thing XD, but this is awesome and, on another note XD, i always thought of Glaceon, Espeon, Flareon, and Sylveon to be mor feminine whle the others are guyish and of course Eevee is neutro-gender. But again, adorable pic.

But "male" and "female" as you are talking about them are largely cultural constructs . . .
Lopunny has large hips because real bunnies have large hindquarters, not because ze's supposed to look female. Gardevoir looks like ze's wearing a dress. So? Why can't men wear dresses? Culture. Societal pressure.
Pink is a girly color? Bows are only for girls? Only because you were taught that. Pink and blue have switched places as masculine and feminine many times over the course of history.
Now, Mr. Mime and Jynx DO have ANATOMY that looks like opposite sexes (not genders) so I'll give you a pass on that.
I think the Japanese with their Yin-Yang representing light (associated with masculinity) and dark (associated with femininity) and the Greeks with a Sun Father and Moon Goddess as well as many other cultures associating the moon with females (likely due to almost-matching menstrul and lunar cycles) would disagree with your assessment of Espeon and Umbreon. However, because you are likely steeped in a culture that associates cats with females and dogs/vulpines with males, that's probably where that comes from. Though umbreon is based on a cat as well, the tail looks like a fox's.
And as fire is sometimes associated with masculinity and water/ice with femininity, I personally would disagree with the classification of Flareon. Especially since ze looks "stocky." I mean, Vaporeon, in the pokedex, is said to look like a mermaid, graceful and lithe. Jolteon is a toss up, and so is leafeon. "She" could be seen as forest nymph-like, or male. It doesn't really matter.

I understand this, i think that they're all actual neutro-gender but some seem a little more feminine in my eyes because Glaceon has a long, almost bang-like, mane or fur on it's head and Espeon's jewel reminds me a bit about how jewels are stereo typically a girl's best friend, they all look like they could be both Male and Female, i normally ship one with another as how their types combine in weakness or immunity, like Vaporeon and Glaceon, stereo typically, the man is stronger that the woman, and Vaporeon is powerful to Glaceon, making Vaporeon the man. I put them in these gender catagories in my eyes due to my ships, they could be male or female, and that'd be fine, Sylveon, if male, would make me think about that thing people keep saying about pink being a man's color, and normally big, blue eyes are associated as cute to women, and i think big eyes can be adorable, but i still think it could be male. Speaking of which, i also ship Syleon and Espeon, Espeon being male, and Sylveon being female, not due to looks, but really, due to the fact that Espeon could be stronger than Sylveon, but if weaker, it'd be like me if i had a boyfriend because i'm stronger than most of the boys I know. XD

Wait, wouldn't Flareon and Glaceon be more degrees of "immunity" than Vaporeon?
There are plenty of good-looking actors with blue eyes, though. The first one that comes to mind of course is the guy who plays Kirk in the new Star Trek movies. Blue eyes are just liked in genera.
If you're going by eye size then Flareon, Vaporeon, and Leafeon would all be female. Then again, that also means that Eevee is female!

Well, on the topic of Flareon, i thought Umbreon and Flareon would be a good couple because right off the bat i thought of Houndoom and how he's a hell-hound, combining Dark- and Fire-types would be the demonic equivalent of a creature sent from the underworld and i always thought of that as a really cool idea. And the thing about Glaceon and Vaporeon it that water can be turned into ice and melted back, and water can create fractures in ice, so they have more of a connection than fire and ice because fire melts the ice and if the water from the is hits the fire then the fire's gone and all that's really left is some charcoal and water. And everyone knows girls stereo typically die for the "dream boys" who almost ALWAYS have blue eyes, makling it linked to girls once more, and eye size is kind of a running thing in eeveelutions, they all have pretty big and adorable eyes especially if made into chibis. But again, it doesn't matter, really, people just speculate some Pokemon are more in the girly side of things like Mew and others the masculine side like Mewtwo, and some are neutro-gender like Mewtwo's Awakened form or Pikachu. But, again, i call'em as i see'em. One time, my older sister had a guy Vaporeon and since i was pretty young i always thught Vaporeons were very feminine, so now, i actually think of Vaporeon more neutro-gender even though i ship Male Vaporeon and Female Glaceon, and the bangs thing still stands for the feminine side on Glaceon because normally anime girls have long hair, but not Misty because she's Misty XD.

Blue eyes are linked to BOTH girls and boys . . . i.e., boys like girls with blue eyes and girls like boys with blue eyes (which you just stated one after the other) and pansexuals like people with blue eyes. Blue eyes are a highly desirable trait, irrespective of sex.

I know, but on live-action TV, when girls go for stereo-types, is the blue-eyed jocks. On other shows, like Danny Phantom, for example.\, at first the boy is after the rich blue-eyed popular girl. Funny thing is, i'm a girl and i don't care for romance or people period

Well, sexual thoughts make me ill, and it doesn't help that someone I know keeps talking about that kind of stuff, and the starter could have been a flaming turtle, which would be a way less used design, I wouldn't even mind if it were a flaming bunny, but the fennec fox is pretty over used, we have, Zorua, Eevee, Flareon, Glaceon, Espeon, Sylveon, the only Eeveelution I know of that isn't based on a fennec fox more or less a black cat is Umbrean, and Vulpix is a normal fox but i'm counting it XD.

I'm in my teens, I'm only repulsed because the person I know is a guy and talks about his "experiences", and, I'm a girl, so, that only makes it worse... And I do know there's torkoal, but it's still underused, and Victini just adds to my point, plus I kinda thought Victini looked a little like a rabbit, but it's kinda like Zoroark and just walks on it's hind legs.

Victini, at least according to Bulbapedia, is based off a Fennec Fox specifically. Though I won't mind reworking its design into a "realistic" bunny shape.

In pokemon cards (at least the old ones I'm familiar with) there's no symbol for ice type. Just like there's no symbol for rock or ground, either. They are synthesized into water and "fighting" respectively. I think bug is always represented as grass type, too.
