After seeing a cosplay of a Wraith and The Doctor together, I just couldn't help but wonder what The Doctor would say upon reaching Atlantis and finding a bunch of humans there...

There's probably a fanfic somewhere to do with it lol

Looks like the monks...     I thought "The pyramid at the End of the World" is a clear Stargate reference, Corpse Like Aliens (like the Goa'uld pre-Hosts in Stargate the Movie) A Pyramid shaped Spaceship... and the Cyberpulse looks like a Karakesh...

And... of course... Daleks, oups, I mean Osirians! But wait, the Daleks sometimes remembers me of the Goa'uld too...

Both shows are my favourites right now!

Love Starwho or Doctorgate...

Great work!
I wonder who was the very first person to make a Stargate/Doctor Who fanart piece; I made one some years ago now and still laugh every time I look at it

I kind of imagine McKay and the Doctor having a nerd off and the Doctor winning because he's like 'A gate through space? How about a ship through space AND TIME?'

"The Wraith are a real and dangerous threat, or haven't you been paying attention." Sheppard snapped back.

"No bigger threat than anything I've faced before," The Doctor said, pushing himself away from the wall so he could face the Major directly. "The Wraith are nothing, space born vampires that feed on humans. The last great Vampire war was the same for us."

"Wait, you've faced the Wraith before?" Elizabeth asked, that certainly wasn't in the report General O'Neill had given her.

"Bigger, much bigger," The Doctor said sadly. "The great vampire war raged for centuries. My kind faced the Great Vampires, starving them, killing them. Great bowships were created to destroy the last of them, imprisoning them in the space between galaxies. Preventing them from destroying everything."

"A single Wraith couldn't do that much damage," Sheppard said firmly. "They're tough sons of bitches true, but we've taken them out before."

"They weren't Wraith," The Doctor said quietly. "The Great Vampires could wipe out a planet in hours, destroy everything, bleed the entire civilization dry."

"And you defeated them?" Elizabeth asked, a bit confused about this war that they knew nothing about.

"Before my time," The Doctor said sadly. "The dark times, before your reality, when the Nestene consciousness and Great Vampires flourished, when the Racnoss raged across the cosmos. The Time Lords waged a war the likes had never been seen before, they were banished from your galaxy, as were the Carrionites and a dozen other species."

"And your people, the Time Lords?" Elizabeth asked, trying to remember what General O'Neill had written about them.

"They annihilated them," The Doctor said sadly. "Drove them from galaxies across the universe, destroyed their homes, their planets. Erased them from time itself and banished them to dimensions unknown. Is that what you wanted to hear major?" He asked, turning to Major Sheppard and fixing him with a glare. "Is that the anger you want unleashed, the fury of the Time Lords? You want that focused on any species in this galaxy or any other?"

Sheppard bristled, his hand automatically going for his gun, the intense look in The Doctor's eyes was scarier than any Wraith he had ever encountered, there was no doubt in his mind that everything The Doctor was saying was true. He held back an anger that would cower Satan himself, and if pushed, could be the most dangerous enemy humanity could ever cross.

I just think it's a cool idea! I love Dr Who and Stargate...I can just imagine Sam Carter going crazy on trying to figure out the physics of the tardis! LOL

lol yeah, that'd be amusing...

The Doctor would make McKay's head explode though lol

Now... what's the relationship between Time Lords and Ancients... hmmm

Trigar In reply to methosivanhoe [2011-01-28 18:07:21 +0000 UTC]

HA! The Doctor is confusing, stubborn, frustrating and I can just see him purposely accentuating these traits of his just to torment McKay! LOL
And the relationship between Time Lords and the Ancients, now there's an interesting question...Inquiring minds wanna know! LOL

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

methosivanhoe In reply to Trigar [2011-01-28 18:12:59 +0000 UTC]

hmm, the Time Lords were contemparies of the Ancients... while the Ancients explored and mastered space, they decided to explore and master time itself...

The Doctor making his way through the Ancient database would be worth a laugh... or seeing what he made of ZPM's lol

Trigar In reply to methosivanhoe [2011-01-28 18:40:04 +0000 UTC]

Interesting. All started off as Ancients...some branched off (as some branched off to learn to ascend) By learning and mastering time itself, the process not only made these "Ancients" into "Time Lords", but also altered their physiology to make their bodies more resilient to the ravages and rigors of having to master time thus remaking them into a new species Cuz if you remember (as I *think* I do lol) that The Doctor has two hearts and can be 'reborn'. Maybe the reborn part also comes from some kind of ascended knowledge they learned along the way?

Either way...someone definitely needs to write a story about this! LOL

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

methosivanhoe In reply to Trigar [2011-01-28 18:44:46 +0000 UTC]

yeah two hearts but Regeneration is a biological process from their species... it's a weird gift from the high council, they can 'gift' or force Regenerations as many times as they want... sometimes even giving Time Lords extra regenerations past the normal 13...

Think separate species would be the best way to go... especially looking at the histories of each race... though the Ancient / Wraith war does share some nice similarities to the Time Lord / Great Vampire War... though a full race of Time Lords would have annihilated the Wraith in under a day lol
