Reference byWhen I saw that picture I thought it's already drawn and I was quite surprised it was a photo, so I decided to draw it.
I must say it looks better on the paper than scanned
The details were quite a challenge for me - eyes, fingers (because I really suck at drawing hands and stuff) and the lips. I like the result, but I think I did the shading all wrong again and I don't know where to add more graphite... Well nevermind, maybe I'll get to fix it later Any comment/advice/criticism is welcome

Beautiful portrait! The eyes are so cute and innocent, I love how you have drawn the iris.
And also amazing job on the eyebrows and the lips!!
I don't think that the shading is wrong at all. You have brought a nice contrast to it. If I would change something it wouldn't be making things darker, I would make some parts a little bit lighter again (jaw, cheek, under the eye). But only to make it look more like the reference, the way it is drawn here is really good.
The hand looks also really good to me. The wet skin looks really wet, so great job on this. 
So all in all this is a really great drawing of a cute little girl!!
