Description
Finally time to introduce some more TM cards in the Tcg! Ice Beam being one of the most iconic TMs in the console games. I tried to make it only compatible to the right archetype of Pokémon corresponding to the ones that can learn the move in the games. Most water/Ice types and Normal types can learn the TM, and also many of the fully Evolved Pokémon, althought there of course are many exceptions.

If you play this card in a deck against a friend, you can compromise to change this cards rule to be compatible with all Pokémon that can learn the TM in the games instead.

Credits to SREiDo for an amazing art of Luvdisc using Ice Beam on Garchomp sreido.deviantart.com/art/Luvd… The art was a bit edited with digital tools to fit my card style.

Also credits to paulsnoops for the Trainer blank used found here: paulsnoops.deviantart.com/art/… . The blank have its size reduced to 486X678 (original 734X1024), which I think fits my cards perfectly. The blanks also have their saturation reduced by 25 to give them a tune I prefer.
