Wigglytuff for the Pokedex collab over at . First time participating in something like this so I hope this is okay. XD; I'm not good with Photoshop or SAI so I opted to take the MS Paint approach with my image.Hope that's okay. If I need to make the size 800x800 for the collab, I will. I read that 800x600 and 600x800 were okay so I hope 700x800 is alright.
Excuse my shitty shading.
