Bio: Not a whole lot is known of Scarlett's Origins (her True Name remains a mystery.)

Given her Accent, she MAY have been from Hispanic Decent
(Spain, Brazil, Mexico..though, most believe it's Costa Rica)
Wherever she came from..all who know (or, know of her) agree: she is DANGEROUS.

Rumor persists that she grew up on the streets
Stealing Whatever and Killing WHOever in order to survive.

She served as a 'hitwoman' for many gangs as a teen.
which later evolved into Mercenary Work as an Adult.

One Day..her squad (along with other Mercs) accepted a mission from a 'Mysterious Client
to go on a series of dangerous missions to prove which of them was Stronger.

Oddly enough..only Scarlett returned alive
(it is presumed that she terminated both the rival teams
AND, her own squad so she wouldn't have to share the prize with anyone else.)

The client was revealed to be a red skinned metahuman called 'Helix'
who made Scarlett the first test subject in a Genetics Experiment
(Splicing Human DNA with Animal Genes)

Scarlett was mutated into a beastial creature.
a cross between a Woman and the most Fearsome Creatures in the Animal Kingdom.

Happy that her experiment was a success
Helix went on to create more 'Animutates'

and, Impressed with Scarlett's skills
brought her into 'The Fold' as her First Liutenant.

For awhile..Scarlett Liked her new job
as Commander of Helix's Army of Mutants and Robots.

she even took Great Joy in the many battles
against Helix renagade Teen Hero son, Shade.

But, once again..Scarlett's Lust for Power got the better of her.
and, the Monster of a Woman began to dream of ruling Helix's Empire, rather than serve in it.

Though Scarlett was Clever..Helix was MORE Clever.
and, each attempt at urserpping power just failed miserably.

and, when Helix made it 'clear' that such behavior would NOT be tolerated
Scarlett simmered down and kept her hostile feelings to herself
and, (for the most part) resumed her position as "Loyal Underling"

She NEVER rebels against her master without Back-Up plan.
Juuuust in case something goes wrong, and she needs to fall back in Helix's 'Good Graces'

So Far..Scarlett's only vocal rebellion against her commander
is the casual 'Sarcastic Remarks' and 'Cynicism' against SOME of Helix plans.

Unlike SOME people, Scarlett is very patient.
and, holds firm on the belief that Helix won't live forever..

and, that Someday..her Time will COME.

UPDATE: While aiding Helix in her Side Goal of conquering the Multiverse
Scarlett intercepted an emergency Distress Call sent Directly to Helix.

Turns out, the call came from Scath Trigon (Helix's Rival in the 'Multiverse War')
who was actually asking for help reguarding his OWN First Liutenant rebelling against him.

Like Helix, Scarlett finds this hilairious.
but, was quick to voice her disinterest in liberating 'Gravity Falls' from Abraxas.

Fortunently for the residents there: that wasn't Her Call to make.
so, Scarlett found herself playing the 'unwilling hero' per Helix orders.

She and Wendy DO NOT get along.
