This picture needs an explanation for being drawn just as much as DeviantART needs cookies for being built.

Okay, I'M NOT EMO. Nothing in my life drove me to drawing this. Nothing's really going wrong (besides my mom's wedding). I've NEVER cut myself, and the guy in the pic isn't ME. Just wanted to clear that up cuz i think a bunch of people would call me emo. K'thx.

This is an idea I thought up a while ago. Semi-based on [link] (yes, it's still my character, Kashuu.) only he's cutting himself this time. If you ignore the red hair dye, this would basically be part of a scene where Kashuu drove himself to self-mutilation after his fiance Rosette was killed the day before they were to be married. Kashuu was wounded seriously in his arm when it happened, and then Rosette was killed when he was too preoccupied about bleeding to death, so he basically blamed himself for the whole thing and was heartbroken for about 2 or 3 years. When he thinks about it he still can't help but cry about it, even if he's in front of Paluu. Kashuu's never afraid to show his feelings.

A few crits from the artist cuz I'm not in the mood for insults:

One arm's bigger than the other. His dagger's not straight. The wings are crappy cuz I can't draw wingd right especially when they're the black demon wings. A lot of stuff is wrong with his face. I can't draw tears.

A few things you may notice that I have to clear up as well:

Notice his wedding rings are gone. This is supposed to be sorta right after Rosette died, years before he even met Paluu. He's bleeding A LOT. Kashuu's extremely emo, is why. ^^ I'm too shy to draw nipples on guys, it's just wierd to think about it. Plus I'm only 13 so I shouldn't. The blood on the wing is screwed up as well. If any of yo are going "ZOMG Tamao had that idea sorta!" it's cuz I based it off some of her pics as well. Thank you, Tamao! (and Meyli too!)

I know I'm gonna stir lots of contreversy with this one. It's gonna be up for 3 weeks cuz that's how long my mom's honeymoon is and that's how long I won't have a scanner for. At my dad's i can scan it to my non-internet compy, put it on a floppy, and upload it in the library, but the compy is screwed up and freezes after 5 minutes after I turn it on. Can't wait till I get my aunt's old Mac.

Time Taken: about an hour ish... maybe more.

edit: I love drawing Kashuu! ^_^ Not only is he easy to draw, but he has such a huge personality so I can basically do whatever I want with him and he'll look awesome. (just... no cutesy pics like I'd draw Samal in.) So many emotions can flood over him all at once... which is also why he's in a lot of stress most of the time. He's probably the most innocent and desperate of all my charas.
