question....do you draw pictures separatly and then combine them into panels and pages? because I'm working on my first manga (dnt bother looking, Im a noob XD) and I draw panels separatly, but now characters and backrounds

Ok.. I'm a very lazy person so this is how I do it: xD
1) Open photoshop to blank canvas
2) Unlock white layer
3) Make a layer under it and turn it to white
4) On the layer I unlocked, I use the polygon marquee or rectangle marquee tool and select certain spots I want to make the panels at. Then I delete it.
5) On the layer effects for the layer i unlocked, I go to the effect "stroke," and then change the number to 2.
6) Then I make a new layer in between the white layer and the stroked layer and draw
Or to put it simple; I combine the panels xD
