A revival of an old design I made years ago!

"This Pokemon lives in deserts, and comes out at night. In ancient times, it was worshipped as a minor deity. Humans were afraid of this particular Pokemon, even though it has a reputation of being kind rather than cruel. This Pokemon also tends to settle disputes between other Pokemon, and will not approach any human it judges to be cruel. It is not completely known how the Pokemon can judge this, but it seems, although it is a Dark type, that it can use some psychic powers. Its golden collar, tail, and markings never seem to dull in color, and its forehead symbol glows when it uses its powers."
