Well, since school is ending, they'll definitely pop up more often. But I also have other things I'm working on such as coming up with my own AU for Undertale or a fanfiction to another game. Not to mention, I can sometimes be a huge procrastinator and draw all will-nilly whenever I feel like it. So, uh, no I don't have a schedule. But I do try to get to the pages whenever I can. The next one I have just needs to be colored. I will put up warnings if something has a specific reason for being late such as vacations or family matters (or maybe even a job, who knows)

Yeah but I thought it meant the next summer. For some reason I think it would be better if it took place after the series. Also, "the creator" does that mean that there is a book somewhere I can read this?

Yes, if you read the descriptions then you'll see that I do not own this storyline. You can find the written chapters by the original author on Fanfiction.net and the title will always be Twintale. An easy way to find it on that site is that it's a "crossover" of Gravity Falls and Undertale. (Just in case you haven't heard of the site)

Yeah, I've thought about outlining the writing. I did with the first page to see what it'd look like.
And the creator said that the whole story is focused before Gravity Falls. Hopefully the part that says "never made it to Gravity Falls" helped some there.
