I really thought Celebi would become Grass/Fairy in Gen 6, becaus in my opinion it always looks more fitting than grass/psychic. Well, my fake mega evolution would get that typing!

Technically, they did change Mewtwo's type when it mega evolves into Mega Mewtwo X. He is Psychic and Fighting. I wish I had that guy. He looks powerful.

Type changes when mega evolving is very common, and it's only one of two options for mewtwo, so it's different.
