Rules:
-Only buy a character if you're actually going to use them.
-No design changes are allowed within 6 months of owning the character. (The addition of a cutie mark does not fall under this rule) After that you're free to make personal changes, but do not go too far away from the original design.
-Re-selling is not allowed within 12 months of owning the character, and the price cannot be higher than the original price.
