Our walk took us past a building site which was not manned (it was a Sunday) and I joked that she could show me some of her exercises, not thinking she would. She laughed and took her jacket off, handed it to me and stepped up on the low wall. I was almost too shocked to switch my camera on, but I quickly swung it up to my eye and started snapping.
