-Killer Claws: While his right hand has claws, his ears are armed with claws as well, and can be used as powerful limbs since his arms are actually very weak by comparison.
-Flutter Jump: Similar to Klonoa, Mecha Klonoa can use his ears to temporarily hover in mid-air. However, this is just a last resort since Mecha Klonoa also has access to...
-Flight: His ears are strong enough to allow Mecha Klonoa to fly using them, and this is aided by a jetpack built into Mecha Klonoa's back.
-Hologram Disguise: Can disguise himself as an organic form, but must be of equal size with the target. Uses this to disguise as Klonoa.
-Teleportation: Can teleport to certain destinations programmed into his memory circuits, but not to any location at will. Only Janga can activate this ability.

Backstory:
Mecha Klonoa was created as an attempt to replicate Klonoa entirely into a superior being, after Janga and Garlen teamed up to form the being, by first creating the "Devil's Ring", which was created by remnant energy from Nahatomb and a being said to be far worse by comparison, but whether this refers to Darigus remains to be seen. Mecha Klonoa, however, was soon out of match by comparison to the new arrivals in the universe; Those being the Dinobots, who have sided with Klonoa after their original destination and target was currently unavailable at the moment. Janga began to wonder how to improve Mecha Klonoa further after this revelation.

Mecha Klonoa was first used as a trap to drain Lolo's soul to power the upgrade for Mecha Klonoa, but this failed due to the Dinobots, even with Grimlock, Slug, and Snarl being forced to face Shrapnel, Kickback, and Bombshell, the three Insecticons that are against the Dinobots, so even with merely Swoop and Sludge being what caused an interference, the real Klonoa was able to escape capture and save Lolo, personally fighting off against Mecha Klonoa. The fight got nowhere, however, as Janga forced Mecha Klonoa to retreat earlier, and for good reasons, for if he didn't, Grimlock would've demolished him mere seconds later.

In the following events, an evil deity known as Darigus arrived, and when Darigus appeared he absorbed Janga and Garlen into himself, even going as far as to assimilate Trypticon into an even more powerful form, and even after Darigus's defeat, what exactly happened to Mecha Klonoa is unclear, but due to what happened in the battle against Darigus, the real Klonoa, due to having been killed by Darigus, now has his mind possessing the body of Mecha Klonoa until he can be fully restored in the Shattered Realms, but whether Klonoa has full control over Mecha Klonoa's body remains to be seen, and how exactly he was able to save himself this way will soon be explained in the upcoming chapter...

Design Notes:
-Klonoa is commonly mistaken for a Sonic character, and often times before I knew about the franchise, I too was mistaking him as such since I had never seen Klonoa anywhere else, and a lot of Klonoa fanart are drawn by artists who also draw Sonic fanart as well, to the point both Klonoa and Sonic characters are seen in the same pic. Due to this case, I made Mecha Klonoa's entire concept as a parody of this confusion, by having Mecha Klonoa be a clone of Metal Sonic in terms of character and design. However, some of Mecha Klonoa's abilities are unique to himself by comparison to either Klonoa or Metal Sonic.
