Bio:

Brainwashed into an evil mastermind by Latios in her youth, it was through the aide of James that she broke free from his control. Sneaking Attract into her moveset, she used it against James in hopes of startling Latios from the other end of her control, long enough until the events that followed allowed her to escape and manage to find her freedom at long last. During the final bits of the Elite Four and Hoenn Saga, she telepathically communicated with James once in a while until she finally revealed herself to still be alive and well by the end of the saga. She had witnessed the final battle between James and Rayquaza, and had managed to notice James's Macho Brace among the broken remnants of Sky Pillar. Upon fixing it with her psychic abilities, she heads to Petalburg City to meet up with James and join up with him and his entire team of Pokemon that serve Marty in the war against Arceus.

During the Sinnoh Saga, while the Absolute Power Arc was taking place, James had given her a bracelet with a strange stone on it that made her swoon over him more since James was proposing to her. Not only that, though, but what she doesn't know is that James didn't use any stone to forge her bracelet with; he had found the Mega Stone for her species to utilize as to signify their strong bond with each other by this point. Milady, overjoyed as to finally having somebody she could stay attached to, soon began to worry a bit and decided to start training her physical muscles to a good enough point. She was told one thing from Shout in regards to what she'd have to prepare for, and that if she and James end up staying at a daycare, Milady's delicate frame would have to become stronger for what the obvious results would be. Although Milady wondered how it would even be possible due to differing egg groups, Shout explained that when Ho-Oh died, he made it so Pokemon could ignore egg groups when breeding ever since that fateful day.

Design Notes:

-Was inspired by to make this.
-Although I'm avoiding outright mentioning sex in how the Daycare works in a lot of occasions, I will admit that is actually what the motivation for her becoming physically strong is for, especially considering her partner is very heavy compared to her, and is also a taller than average Swampert (All of the Water Starters shown in my Nuzlocke series are more or less the same height as Blastoise).
-Her larger arms is meant to be more muscular, but they don't prominently appear to have muscle to them; they look pretty much like normal Gardevoir arms that are thicker in size.
-Her fingers are drawn in a way that makes it look like she only has two fingers instead of three like an actual Gardevoir; she has three fingers, but only her thumbs are given a noticeable outline to point them out.
-While she is a more buff Gardevoir in build, she is actually 3 inches shorter in height than a normal Gardevoir; this makes her smaller than the above mentioned, scaled up Swampert that is James.
-Her "hair" is the way it is due to a mistake on my part when drawing her during Season 3; I had actually forgotten that Gardevoir's hair extends to the sides of it's face and not simply being noticeable from the front as pictured here. Because of this, oddly enough, she looks a bit like how Gallade's hair is handled the same exact way except with the overall shape and colors of Gardevoir's hair.
-Her Mega Stone was created sometime before the Absolute Power Arc as a "failed" Mega Stone created by Uxie while attempting to forge Garchompite. Each of the failed Mega Stones that exist because of her are all Mega Stones for the other Pokemon which can Mega Evolve. Despite this, in this comic, not a single Pokemon actually NEEDS a Mega Stone to Mega Evolve; just need one for the long term since once Kyurem kicks the bucket, every Mega Evolution user will function under the same mechanics as in the games.
