Description "A bunch of... spare parts... lying around... huh... I should fix that... NYEHAHAHAHAHA!"
-Neo Metal M, AKA the ORIGINAL Mecha M's unholy return.

Forged from various spare components found from the planets located on Shiramu Inc.'s infamous Black List, Mecha M's long thought dead original counterpart had silently survived the destruction that had spread around him over the various eras of Ultimoria. Having survived the MegaloGrandis battle of the GR0 Era, the Oblivion IV battle of the God Lands Era, the Dogma/Aesir battle of the Malevolent Era, and having finally reconstructed a majority of his body in the aftermath of Dogma's Damnation. It has been a long time since Metal M had been present as a villain within this world or any other, and the temporarily displaced, highly sadistic robot has a score to settle with who he believes is his "eternal enemy"...

Design Influences:

Digimon Adventure: Our War Game:
-Diablomon is yet again the influence for this guy, although unlike Omnicron and "The Beast In White", Metal M's always been known for normal dialogue rather than the mindscrews that Omnicron and "White Rabbit" presented instead. However, you'll notice that often time Metal M has a higher form; he still does. It's just that his base form has been upgraded to the power of a Phase 4 Hyper Evolution by default, which eclipses the power of his original transformed state. Like Diablomon and the Digimon depicted in Our War Game, he is drawn with red outlines and has minimal to no shading used.

Sonic Heroes:
-Neo Metal Sonic is pretty much part of the reason I'm bringing Metal M back in the first place, I'll admit that much.

Bomberman: Act Zero:
-... Those "spare parts"? BAH! More like he dismantled and demolished every single remaining Act Zero robot that existed and absorbed them all into his own base form. While he's currently missing an arm, he's already perfectly assimilated the left arm on the Act Zero characters.

B.O.U.T.:
-His body structure, both in Base and Phase 5 Neo-Machine Dragozaur form, maintains an unstable build and transformation skills of the Ram Models. His movements in his base form are even just like Ram's as well, and his passive ability is "Alt Super Evolution", which, rather than becoming Neo-Machine Dragozaur, can cause Neo Metal M to transform into ANY type of Phase 5 Transformation with the only real difference being the form will render in his own image. Yes, he can even potentially access EVE's Phase 5 form as well, or possibly Mirror M's secret Phase 5 form, or worst case scenario; Neo-Machine MegaloGrandis... OR Neo-Machine Omnicron 1B.
