Yes this must be an F1-F2 Tornado, although how it's bent, it shows that the rain cooled air is pushing it in that direction and it's not going to last long, or be that damaging. Normally you see this when the tornado is in the last phase of the life cycle before roping out and diminishing. Great pic!
