We drew civilization on a dozenBlown out eggs and traced
The continents on the creases of the inside
Of our hands and clenched our fists
To hide the sky. We held those eggs
Tight leaving cracks, letting
Egg air to escape. Letting
The continents melts from the sweat
Of our hands onto the emptied eggs.
