So, a new friend of mine called Helen (she actually has a dA! Her name is ~Zorraire , she's lovely) recently made a new nameplate for her dorm room door. It has a Ninetales jumping on it, and every time I walk down the hall to my room, I pass her room with its lovely picture of a Ninetales on the door.Because I like Helen (she's one of the few people I've met not over the internet who is very knowledgeable about Pokemon, EV training, battle strategies, etc, and Ninetales is her favorite Pokemon) and her nameplate that I pass several times a day has heightened my appreciation for Ninetales' elegance, I decided to draw her a picture of the lovely Pokemon.
Watercolors and india ink. I need more watercolor practice. And better watercolor paper.

I really like the colous and the way you did the outlines in this one owo! The front legs really are a bit wrong, but you don't really even notice that, because the overall atmosphere is so nice <3.

I'm quite flattered that you commented, truly. You do some of the loveliest pictures I've seen from some of my favorite fandoms; your Ace Attorney stuff in particular is my absolute favorite. (Though everything you do is rather wonderful!!) I'm a little surprised at myself that I don't have any Ace Attorney fanart in my gallery, it's of my very favorite games!

Very nicely colored, but the front legs look weird. The joint should be lower down and on the other side; drawn like this they look like back legs.

Whoa, this is /good/. It looks like some book illustration. Great colouring! You're so good at traditional.
The only problem I see are the front legs. They look a bit too long and are awkwardly bent. Actually, they look more like an antelope's legs than the legs of a caninelike creature. But other than that, it's brilliant.
