Description Since she wouldn't let me through mud at her during the shoot, I put it on afterwards.

(Yes, I submitted this once before and removed it after about a half hour 'cause I was suddenly not happy with it. Still not perfect, but better).

Well I was a huge fan of Weird Science! Who wouldn't want to make Kelly LeBrock? Although I suppose she wouldn't really qualify as a golem...nevertheless...

Very nice, I like this, it don't strike me as mud tough more like cracked stoney skin, hard but very feminie. I like it.
There are a few problems with it thoughI think it's because some lines should be clearer and more defined(hard to explain sorry) The hair and eyes are much more defined, they stick out of the picture. Her nose does the opposite and dissapers, very camouflaged(which I'm not that fond of it removes a bit of depth to the face.
But still it's a beautiful picture, this is why I have you dev watched, I can only hope to someday be as skilled as you are.
rating 1-10= a strong seven! ^_^

Thank you for the thoughtful comments! I'm inclined to agree about the lack of depth of field on her face...I was on a 105mm lens stopped wide open. Focus started falling off just past the bridge of her nose. I had to compensate by matching the lack of focus with the cracking surface. I used a similar technique on my piece Erosion, which I think turned out a little better.

thanx again. glad you like.

Only you would accompany the comment "that's cruel" with a smiley face...I dig that! Thank you for acknowledging my cracking skills...breaking things has always come quite (disturbingly) natural.

Man?? Does one (or both) of us need therapy imminently?

You have the urge to cover women in mud and take pictures.. And if not, will take the time to virtually apply cracks and dirt..

I feel like a man.

I recommend eet. o_O!

So you're saying we have issues...

Last time I went to a shrink he told me I'd be cured if I stopped dating actresses...I guess he underestimated the problem!

Dating actresses.

I'm guessing you didn't take his advice? Perhaps it stems from your mother. That would be what my psychiatrist told me.

Well, if that's the case, perhaps I'll consider making a comeback. What do you play?

Alas.. I only ever got to go to the school band..
I play band camp instruments, the flute, and the saxaphone.

No one understands my choice of instruments.. ;-; I think I'll write a poem about God.

I <3 Stereotypes.

The God non-sequiter was quite impressive. I actually played saxophone, too!...as well as keyboards. I have no urge to write a poem...

Oh, very cool! n.n I tried to play the keyboard once.. A day later, four hundred repetitions of Chopsticks.. And I was done..
