Description
A prototype for a commissioned piece of a pregnant woman. This piece is roughly 1:3 scale. Hammered cold from 22 gauge sheet steel. This piece will soon be hammered out at a life-size scale.It was my intent to create a piece that showed a pregnant woman's body as a beautiful form. I wanted the form to have the bulge of the pregnant stomach while still maintaining beautiful curves and a slender feminine quality.

If I hadn't read your FAQ, Iwould have said it's been done using clay and then casted in bronze.And also I would have said it's very Rodins' like..never the less, beautiful. come and check my sculptures if you want.
