Or your signature smart-ass smile.

I won't talk about how I love seeing you everyday.
After all, I'm not a lovesick fool.
I won't say that I gush to my friends
Whenever I feel we're getting somewhere.

I won't insinuate that I miss you,
Or that I want you to make the first move.
I won't speak of how I'm intrigued
Or how you keep me running breathless.

I won't admit to how much I like you;
Your laugh; your jokes; your surprisingly serious side.
Because I won't let myself say it out loud
So I won't be hurt if it ends badly.
