My Poketale Sans! Skele-dogs/hellhounds yo~ uwuHEADCANONS:
-I imagine Sans and Papyrus are special ‘mons in some way, having ties with Gaster. Hence why they may seem different from other 'mons.
-Sans and his brother were born/created with psychic genes. This compatibility has lead them to have splendid control over their psychic Hidden Power despite being dark types (seeing as the two types are opposites).
-Because of this, they can shape their HP Psychic. Usually they create bones, but for Sans, he can perfectly create and control his Gaster Blasters.
-Channeling his power into them, he can even make them use Hyper Beam.

I really like your sans design. It's different from what i've seen used and my own head cannon of pokesans. For some reason i've always saw him as a riolu.

I never thought of Sans as a Houndour!
And here are some other ideas I have.
Undyne: Garchomp (It's a Psuedo-Legendary, which reflects Undyne's strength. The Generation 6 Pokedex also says that Garchomp "never allows its prey to escape", which reflects how Undyne pursues you all the way to Hotland. Finally, Undyne the Undying could be Mega Garchomp.)
Alphys: Dragonite or Shiny Goodra (Color scheme + physique + friendly nature.)
Mettaton: Magnezone or Registeel
Mettaton EX: Gallade (Humanoid + handsome looks. Plus, Mega Gallade could be Mettaton NEO.)
Flowey: Sunflora (C'mon, ANYONE could figure this one out.)
Photoshop Flowey AKA Omega Flowey: Shiny Tangrowth (Well, this one was a major stretch. The only real similarities are the arms and high resilience.)
Asriel's "Archmage" form(his first battle form): Darkrai (Overall feeling.)
Asriel's Hyperdeath God form(his second battle form): Yveltal (Since Yveltal is the "Destruction Pokemon".)
Just my thoughts there. I'm really interested in your Poketale art, though!

OOH those are some interesting ideas! I actually was considering Garchomp for Undyne myself~! Goodra is a very interesting choice for Alphys. >:V Up until now I've been liking the idea of shiny Charmeleon (fire type too, and she lives in Hotland SO).
Omg Gallade for Mettaton - truly a handsome choice! UwU I'm personally planning to make him a shiny robotic Lopunny~~

I haven't thought that far! Perhaps he was originally as Houndoom and his death lead him to becoming a ghost type pokemon. I'll have to think more on it! c:

Do you mean voice-wise?
I think Ross from the Game Grumps has a great voice for Papyrus (basically a Skeletor-like voice, which a lot of people do, but Ross does it best in my opinion xD). I've yet to find a voice for Sans that actually clicks with me and goes "WHOA THIS REALLY SOUNDS LIKE SANS".
