Finally, managed to submit something after being hiatus for a short while XD;Presenting the 5th Raevan!! Ice elemental, the soul is the Roc's soul (y'know, that huge bird from the Sinbad's adventure stories)
Because he's ice elemental, so I tried to make the colors 'colder'... and make him paler, at least compared with the other Raevans. His rune is a single straight line, it really means 'ice' though...;; I love his fur~~

I was actually looking up a totally different character and this art was what came up. Not that I mind though because it's very nicely done. So many nice colors and shading and inking and drawing~ *babbles on* <333 I'm quite happy I accidentally stumbled upon this piece! =^^=

XD I was looking up "Rune Roux" because there's a character from a manga/anime series named Rune (in the manga) and Roux (in the anime). The same character has two different names and I wanted to try and find fanart of him since there's next to no fanart of the series. In case you happened to be mildly interested (and because I'm a semi-rabid fangirl), the series is called "The Good Witch of the West." I just wish there was fanart on here. =;-;= Looking up the series title gives you a bunch of pictures with the Wicked Witch of the West. Looking up Firiel gives you a bunch of different characters, but not the one from the series (except for maybe 1-2). Looking up "Firiel Roux" or "Firiel Rune" gives you NOTHING. D: I might have to draw stuffs.
As I said though, I'm still happy that I stumbled upon your art, even if it was totally by accident. <3

It worked wonders for his character development
nyan 'development'... he's still kind of childish I think... then again, you can't deny him anything. Unless you like frostbite of course <3
And his interactions with Rivener are genuinely interesting... I could so picture the whole scene XD

I like how the coldish colors go together well, but don't obscure each other...like, the colors go well with each other and relate to each other with the faint tints of blue in the grays and the faint greys in his skintone, etc, but the colors still stand out on their own and don't get "lost". Sweeet. I esp. love how the Blue of his eyes can be seen in the misty part of his body and also in the peice of floating ice and in the beads on his arm fluffers.

I really love the design for Roux. Cassi is very lucky. Tough I always equated the Roc with fire not ice.
