Ariel is copyright DisneyThis is a drawing of Ariel, it's not an actual scene, it's more like an illustration of her feelings:
1. She's tied to the ocean
2. but wants to be 'part of your world'
It still needs a few corrections, and after that, I'll colour it. The idea I got was more of a coloured version.

I was going to ask if you would color it.. but I read the description.
I like this... I really like this. She's sinking downward but wanting and reaching upward it's really a good explanation of her feelings, moreso in the original fairy tale than the Disney one.
She wanted to be human, but in the end was forced into the sea.. and then she became something greater than mermaid or human so it all worked out.

The original one is much more sadder, but way more remarkable. Disney always changes the story, and even though happy endings are great sometimes, the original stories are really good too..
