I think this may be one of the most depressing I've seen here on DA.
Heartbreaking to say the least. Great work, animal mutilation really.... really hits home with me because of the neighborhood I live in.

This may or may not be the feeling you were trying to convey, but I must say something. Great art elicits a reaction from onlookers, a definite and deep emotion, and these onlookers bring their own thoughts to the plate.
This is nothing short of great art, as I am in tears. What a reaction, I must say... but again, what a work.

I don't think that holds any water does it? I mean, [a] by expressing prior knowledge of the terms of service you agree to them, since it *is* their site and all and [b] dosn't reproduction of image include making the image available for download - which happens every time its viewed?

reminds me of that artist, his name escapes me now, who made this sculpture with a shark sliced in different pieces, aligned so that you could still see the whole shark, embedded in some kind of plastic giant ice cube
very nicely done, some people prefer to stuff their pets, but if I had one, I would love it to be made art like this.

I love how you've made this seem so dark and sinister. The dogs snout droping off is great, the blood still dripping and all. The dogs eyes are so innocent too. Plays on my guilt a lot.

i think that the dark edge is a bit too much, maybe it will come cooler if it were a bit cleaner, and something more like a schoolbook illustration from 1899 (you know, with nice typo ---- Fig.1 and explanations etc.) but just a idea '
