I have no idea about Sander but the pictures look so funny! I love how nerdy Selen lookes like and Gay looks just as fabulous as always! xD
but my favrouite is of course Ico, his black eye make up is even thicker than usual and Jonah being a little dorky and still sunny as always!

His name is Thomas Sanders ^V^ he's a youtuber who among other things is known for his series called Sander Sides where his personality is split into four characters: Logic or Logan, his creativity or Roman, his feeling/sympathy or Patton and his anxiety or Virgil ^V^ (to be fair there's five - there's also Deceit but I couldn't find anyone fitting him :'D Maybe Janusz
I can recommend to watch one of the Sander Sides videos - they are very nice and give you something to think about in a very down-to-earth way ^V^
It may not make a lot of sense if you do not know the characters but I am glad you still like how it looks either way
Ico being anxiety and Jonah being sympathy/feelings were the most fitting :'D hahahah
