Yaaaay...I'm a cat person -- I'll say that right now, but I really really REALLY love cartoon dog movies. I dunno why. All Dogs Go To Heaven and this...*shrug* I don't know o.O
There is a cat in Oliver & Co...He's my second fave
And the only reason I like this picture...lol
And this is pretty much all on my own, I wish there was a perfect pose in the movie that I could pause on...But there wasn't, so I had to butcher things together myself while I was watching it...
It didn't come out THAT horrible though...Like I said, I like the way I got Oliver!
I was so proud when I finished him for some reason, it looked so much like him...Anyway...

Oh cool, an 80s/early 90s kid too? so am i, born 81 and i saw this movie 4 times in theaters when i was 7 and loved it! i even had the merchandise as a kid such as the Mcdonalds finger puppets, Singing ornaments from Mcdonalds, junior novel, readalong book with cassette, stuffed Oliver, a few t-shirts, Pjs, a jar with Oliver and Dodger, the soundtrack on Vinyil which i would sometimes record on cassette for traveling, coloring books, a few PVC toys from Sears and a poster.
It's a shame it never showed up on video the next year as i recalled when i was 8 i would be asking my city's local various video stores if O&C will ever come to video and they didn't know. It took 7 years to get to video. I did also saw the re-issue in theaters in junior high and bought the CD soundtrack as i grew up with Billy Joel and Huey Lewis music and i also bought it on video the first day it finally came out on the day before i went on my annual trip since 1989 to Las Vegas.
It's one of my favorite Disney films and i enjoy it as a nostalgia of my childhood in such carefree days.
I also saw The Black Cauldron (3 times), 101 Dalmatians ( 3 times), Sleeping Beauty 1986 re-issue(2 times), Song of the South 1986 re-issue(2 times), Lady and The Tramp 1986 re-issue (3 times), Aristocats 87 re-issue (3 times), Snow White 87 re-issue (2 times), Cinderella re-issue (2 times), Fox and The Hound 1988 re-issue (3 times), Roger Rabbit (5 times), Bambi 88 re-issue (3 times), Rescuers 89 re-issue (3 times), Peter Pan (2 times) and Little Mermaid (2 times).

Oliver and Company is one of Disney's finest. Yeah, it might be a rip of the original Oliver Twist, but it was a good one. I loved the film as a kid, and I love it now. The lineart here is a little bit wobbly, but you did a great job. Plus I like the colouring, the soft shading and such. The background is fine, don't worry about it.
