I felt sorry for Waluigi that he didn't have a girl, and Rosalina's a Newcomer so that's how these two got together.P.S. I messed up on his eyes; I tried to get them to look like his victory eyes form Mario Tennis...Boy, I suck!
Rosalina's dress looks a little too Blue; I think it should've been a little Greener...
Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it!
