I was board. So I made this on Azaleasdolls, which for those of you who don't know, is a dress-up flash game website. It's a blonde, green tail mermaid is having her hair washed by another pink tail mermaid. And she accidentally got some soap in her eyes. Ouch. And during this, a younger mermaid (the green tail one's sister) watches with laughter. Don't ask me how or why mermaids have soap, I just thought it would be a cute and silly idea.
