Wow. It actually looks like the Buddhist Monks have gone up and covered the mountain in gold leaf like they do for their Buddha statues, that's incredible!

Definitely ranks as the best alpenglow image of the Himalayas I have ever seen. I can only imagine the feeling of being there as the stunning light revealed this incredible scene. It seems as if there was some fog prior to the capture. Well done Mike. A+
