I fell in love with this piece... it is so moody and has this old-school gothic novel vibe to it, wouldnt be out of place in a book of the master Poe. Specially love how you manage to balance the elements in the composition, really well thought.

I love your work so much.

The detail and design is awesome. It compliment's *Glintspear 's poem nicely.

Really cool, I just got back from Germany and this reminds me of the many castle ruins they have there.

I love how my eyes can easily slide from the skull to flower then up to the tree and the stairs then back again. I don't know what it's called (focus points?) but they're really nicely places and shaded

Gotta say I love the tree most. It almost looks evil and monstrous; looks like its eating the building

Wow, what an amazing poem and you have created the most perfect image to go with it. I love the innocence of the flower in the crumbling environment. But tangled around the skull gives it almost a sense of being immortal, like it will stand there forever amongst the ruins.

Beautifully tragic and, as usual, one of my favourites

Wow, this is a seriously cool piece, and fits with the poem very nicely.

I don't know you feel about adding colour to your ink drawings, but I think colouring the flower purple could have a neat effect.
