Info: Jim was a scientist who got picked on a lot during his school years for knowing many stuff about electricity and many other scientific topics but later on in his life he graduated from highschool and university after learning the many things electricity can do. One day someone had on purpose spilled a substance that was a clear liquid which is kinda hard to spot depending on lighting into an electrical wire that generates the power to a machine and later on Jim was going to fix something he was told to fix but the power was on to the generator and as soon as he got close he got electrocuted and his body glowed to a blue light where he was transformed into an electrical individual and as soon as he realizes he has electrical powers he went all out on the scientists and the authorities who tried to stop him but they fail and after that he said himself that he doesn't need to be a wimpy scientist but rather someone who can send civilization hundreds of years into the past and because of that he started to wreak havoc on many cities and called himself the villain Zap.
