I have been noticing a weird trend in art depicting what people tend to think Reaper’s face looks like, which is essentially just a few extra scars, evil eyes, and an attractive face. From what I can tell, Reaper’s cells are constantly dying and revitalizing themselves, so I figured he’d look more like a mummy from guanajuto and a bit more corpse-y.Reaper © Blizzard

With the horrified look of Ana when she removed his mask, I'd believe that this is his true face

I don't necessarily think his face would permanently be like this. Rather that, since his body is both constantly decaying and repairing itself, his face would periodically shift between this and his normal look, though he would probably still have the pale white skin judging by the exposed bits biceps in-game

Well, our cells do that Too, Hundreds of Millions of Cells die and are replaced in the human body each minute. Reaper only has Incredible control over that, allowing him to shapeshift to some degree (become/emit smoke, create weaponry/clothing)

When you take of his mask, he's wearing multiple slightly smaller ones underneath kinda like a Russian nesting doll
